Terms & Conditions

1. Membership
By registering as an Independent Business Owner (IBO) with Scente, you agree to represent the Scente brand professionally and ethically.

2. 70% Sell-Through Rule
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Section 43), you are required to sell or personally use at least 70% of your previous stock order before placing a new order. You will be required to confirm this at checkout.

3. Commission Payments
Commissions are calculated monthly and paid via EFT to your registered banking account by the 15th of each month. You must have valid banking details on file to receive payments.

4. Pricing
IBO wholesale price: R115/bottle. Consumer retail price: R200/bottle. You may not sell below R200.

5. No Inventory Requirement Beyond Starter Pack
Beyond the activation order, you may order stock at any time. Maintain monthly minimum orders to keep your active status and commission eligibility.
